1. Listen to every important piece of information! Don’t just listen to your leader but pay close attention to him or her. Don’t settle for half-information and superficial encouragement. If you’re with a serious company then your leader will do everything for you anyway. As your master he’ll show you the way, stand by your side and encourage you. After all, that’s what makes him a master.
